To complete a return of your online order, please “Start A Return” above.
Returning items from multiple orders? - Customers must complete a separate return for each order number and use the provided label(s) to avoid delays and make sure all items are processed correctly.
*Goorin Bros. retail store purchases cannot be returned to our online store.
If you do not live near a Goorin retail store location, but need to return your retail store purchase, please reference our STORE CONTACT LIST to find the address, phone number, and hours of your closest store.
All items must be in their original condition, and accompanied by the original paper or digital receipt.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are processed by our warehouse within two business days of receipt. You have 10 days from that point to either exchange your item using your instant credit, or be issued a refund. If you do prefer a refund, please allow a minimum 3-5 days for your bank to credit your original form of payment.
Why was I offered a Goorin Bros. e-Voucher when I was hoping for a refund?
You have the option to waive the refund back to the original form of payment and instead, take advantage of the Goorin Bros. e-Voucher. The Goorin Bros. e-Voucher allows you to shop for something new right away on our site by simply entering the voucher number in the Gift Card box at checkout.
If you do choose to not use the voucher please just print your return label found in the email confirmation and ship your goods back to our warehouse.

After you complete your exchange, you’ll receive an e-Voucher that equals the total amount paid for the item you are exchanging. You can then easily repurchase your new item using the e-Voucher code provided.
How long should it take to process my exchange?
The exchange will be treated as a brand-new order and processed immediately from the time you click “Confirm!” Please watch for your confirmation email once the order is placed. The transit time of your order is based on the shipping service level you chose during checkout.
What if my exchange order costs less than my e-Voucher?
You will get a refund back to the original form of the payment provided.
What if my exchange order costs more than my e-Voucher?
You will be prompted to enter your credit card information for the balance.
When should I mail back the item(s) I want to exchange?
Return your unwanted item(s) as soon as you can, using the return label provided. Please remember to include the original packing invoice. You have 30 days to get your items back to us once your return label has been generated.
What if my exchange arrives at the warehouse before my e-Voucher has been used?
You’ll be refunded in full to the original form of payment, and will be asked to simply provide a credit card at checkout to place a brand-new order.
How do I exchange an item I believe to be damaged?
During your online exchange, click “My Order Was Damaged.” You will download a shipping label and automatically receive your e-Voucher. You can then repurchase your new item using the e-Voucher code provided.
If you think you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following info:
*The original order number & your current shipping address
*A short description of the damage
*Photographs of the defective or damaged item
At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for international orders. Therefore, international customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
